Kimberly is a Singapore-based lighting designer and production stage manager with an affinity for climbing ladders and working in small dark theatres. She particularly enjoys experiencing kitsch experimental performance art and listening to Mahler.
She has been extensively involved with various theatre companies and venues in Singapore and Australia.
Her international credits include lighting designs for Adelaide Festival, Full Tilt at the Arts Centre, The Hayloft Project, A Bit of Argy Bargy, Daniel Schlusser, Ride on Theatre and Next Wave Festival, as well as technical and touring stage management for Red Stitch, Melbourne Comedy Festival, Alto Productions and Peepshow Inc.
She was also a production manager and lighting designer at trafficlight, a Melbourne-based theatre and events management and design firm, and venue technician at the Malthouse Theatre.
Locally, Kimberly has worked in many capacities with various performance art and live music groups including Singapore Dance Theatre, Singapore Repertory Theatre, TheatreWorks, Toy Factory, W!ld Rice, Orchestra of the Music Makers and Singapore Symphony Orchestra.
She is also a venue stage manager at Esplanade Theatres on the Bay and lecturer at Lasalle College of the Arts.
Kimberly is a graduate of Victorian College of the Arts (University of Melbourne).
